Mark your calendar for Tuesday, December 1, 2020. ATN will once again take part in the nationwide Giving Tuesday Campaign.
Focusing on #OneCaringAdult, ATN is spotlighting the importance that a caring adult who is present and nurturing can have on the life of EVERY child to build healthy attachment and resilience. This year, more than ever, the protective factor of “pouring into” the children in your lives is of the utmost importance!

Tune into the #ATNCares Broadcast- December 1
On Giving Tuesday, Join Julie Beem, ATN’s Executive Director for #ATNCares Broadcast, airing at the top of every hour from 8 am through 8 pm EST on Tuesday, December 1. The broadcast will stream live on ATN’s Facebook and Linked In pages. (Schedule to be linked here soon.)
“ATN cares deeply about teaching the world to understand the importance of #OneCaringAdult,” Beem explains. “Parenting and teaching children in a connected, relational way is the best way to help children build resilience. Children who have struggled early adversities are so vulnerable to being impacted by these trauma. But the major healing tool is Us…Caring Adults.”
In addition to getting this message out, the #ATNCares Broadcast will feature guests from all aspects of ATN’s work. Volunteers, partners and staff will stop by to talk about ATN’s work with parents/caregivers, Creating Trauma-Sensitive Schools, finding resources, Trauma-Focused Courts and more.
