Dr. Theis is the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship at Millikin University in Illinois where she supports faculty incorporating entrepreneurial content in their disciplines as well as entrepreneurial activities throughout the community. A trained researcher, her focus is on understanding the impact of organizations that differentiate on social sustainability strategy have on stakeholders, society and business. Dr. Theis has worked with and served on several non-profit boards to plan events and develop strategic plans. Her previous college teaching experience include arts administration and stage management at both Millikin and Gallaudet Universities.
