Here is help to make the case to your school/organization for why you should attend.  Use these to help you submit before December 15, 2026 to get the best pricing.

Budget Narrative

ATN Our Funding Request Letter

Attendees love handouts!  We love them too!

Speakers are given an opportunity to give us handouts.  If we have them, they are uploaded in the Reference Materials area of the Session.  There is also a Certificate of Attendance there.

We are currently working with Northwest Nazarene University to determine the CEU/College Credit they can offer.  Information will be posted once the final numbers are determined.

Certificates of Attendance are provided in each individual session as a PDF.  It is the attendee’s responsibility to download the COAs during the Conference.

Certificates of Attendance will be available for educators or others who need proof of attendance to give to their schools or other employers.  Certificates will be available in PDF form and will be the responsibility of the attendee to download during the conference.

These are not CEUs.  More information about CEUs can be found above.

Registrants will receive an email sent to the email address you provided, with a link inviting you into the conference platform, called the Lobby.

This email will go out starting February 17, 2027.

KEEP THE EMAIL you receive!!!  It has the personalized link for you to enter the conference.

Several organizations bounced most of our emails back to us.  Please have our IT department allow list noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us and @attachtrauma.org

This very important email (keep this email available) will come from

 noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us “Zoom Video Communications”

  • Search your email using the following:
    • “Zoom Video Communications”
    • noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us
  • Confirm the email address you are using for Zoom is the email address you registered or were registered with.
  • Contact conference@attachtrauma.org with the email address you are using for Zoom.

Our Virtual Conference that has happened in February will keep happening at the same time.

We heard your concerns about the timing of this conference.  For 2027, we are having the live conference on a Friday and Saturday.

After your purchase, you will not receive a link to the conference until 48 hours prior, February 17, 2027.  You should receive a receipt from Zeffy for your purchase.

If you do not receive an email by Feb 17, PLEASE check your spam folders, email filters, and search for the address noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us “Zoom Video Communications”.

After years of producing these conferences, we know that schools and other institutions can have very ROBUST email filters.  The majority of issues with signing on or receiving our communication is because your email filters have prevented our emails from getting to you.  Or, your internet service prevents Zoom Events from operating properly.

How do you solve this?

  • Ask your IT department to put the following urls on your allow list:

    @attachtrauma.org
    @attachmenttraumanetwork.org
    noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us  (most important!)

  • Use an outside email that isn’t attached to your institution.  (If you decide this, you need to notify us of any changes before Monday, Feb 15, 2027.)
  • Try accessing the Lobby (using the link in the email you receive) on a different internet service (home, work, data plan on phone).
  • This is an online-only, VIRTUAL event.
  • This is our February Virtual Conference with some extra enhancements.
  • The LIVE sessions will take place via the Zoom Events platform on Feb 19 and 20, 2027.
  • Recordings of the sessions will be available until April 6, 2027.
  • Attending the live sessions could be mandatory if you are interested in CEUs (please see FAQ about CEUs, must purchase ahead of conference).

This year our virtual platform is hosted by Zoom Events.  By February 17, 2027, paid attendees will be added into the Lobby portion of our event via an email that comes from “noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us”

KEEP ALL EMAILS you receive from Zoom Events.  They are your fast link into the conference.   On the day of the Conference, we will respond as soon as we can but you might miss the keynote if you have not used the link you received when you registered.

TECH CHECK-  We are available on Feb 17 and 18, 2027 for tech checks and helping you access the Lobby.  Contact us at conference@attachtrauma.org

PLEASE NOTE- Any tech issues during the live portion of the Virtual conference will be taken, in order, as they come in.  Email conference@attachtrauma.org.  Phone calls will not be returned.  We want to be able to reach as many of you as possible!

PLAN AHEAD-  Have your institution put the following on your email allow list:

@attachtrauma.org
@attachmenttraumanetwork.org
noreply-zoomevents@zoom.us

Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. We are unable to keep up with phone calls but we can give you detailed responses by email.  Email conference@attachtrauma.org. Thank you!

ATN invites schools and other institutions to reach out to us regarding purchase orders (POs).

For an upcoming virtual event, we need to have all purchase orders paid in full before the event. POs are not cash, nor are they considered payment.

If your institution cannot prepay on a purchase order (have full payment made, with cash/check/card) prior to the Conference, please contact us and let us know that. We can then determine whether we can accept your purchase order.

If any portion of the Conference fills to capacity, preference will be given to fully paid Purchase Orders.

UPDATE YOUR VENDOR RECORDS- Since 2021, ATN has a new address for remittances. School systems that have been involved with us since the beginning might still have our old information in their records. We cannot be responsible for payments sent to any address other than the one below. We will only receive payments sent to this address and made out to Attachment & Trauma Network, Inc.

Payment address:

Attachment & Trauma Network, Inc.
PO Box 220
Westminster, MA 01473

We will provide an INVOICE for you if needed.  Contact conference@attachtrauma.org with the following information:

  • Name of Person attending
  • Email of Person attending
  • Name and billing address of institution issuing the PO
  • Contact person name and email address

Our W9 can be found here

And, thank you!

  • Access ends April 6, 2027, 11:59PM EDT (UTC-4)
  • Sessions and Keynotes will be recorded.
  • Between session events will not be recorded.
  • Content of workshops and keynotes belong to the presenters, and no downloading or copying of these recordings are permitted.  Thank you for respecting the presenters and their work-product.
  • We have asked our presenters to provide us with their handouts.  They will be available if the presenter has sent us handouts.  If you do not see the handouts, please contact that presenter. Not all speakers are able to share their work product.

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are available until January 31, 2027.

  • Transfers: If you can’t attend after January 31, 2027, you’re welcome to:

    • Transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, OR

    • Apply your registration as a credit toward one of our future conferences.

  • Chargebacks: A chargeback is a tool intended for cases of fraud or unauthorized charges. Because our tickets are purchased directly by you, chargebacks do not apply here. Filing a chargeback instead of working with us is considered misuse of that process and creates significant costs for our nonprofit. If this occurs, we may require future registrations to be paid by alternative methods (such as check or ACH transfer). PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll always do our best to work with you if your plans change while mitigating any financial damage to ATN.

The Learning Brain Exchange will occur virtually from February 19 to February 20, 2027. ATN is not responsible for weather, travel issues, interruptions to internet service, illness, or equipment failure.

Please remember that the sessions will be recorded so if you miss the live days, you will have access to the recordings.

The call is OPEN.

Speaking & Keynote Solicitations- RFP IS OPEN!

  • Can I pitch myself or my client to speak? ATN does not accept unsolicited speaker pitches or paid agency solicitations. To maintain the integrity of our educational content, our lineup is selected strictly through our official Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The best thing you or your client can do is submit a formal proposal when the next window opens on our main page.  We cannot respond to all of the requests we receive.

  • Note: Because we receive a high volume of unsolicited keynote inquiries, we are unable to respond to them individually. However, if you are a professional speaker interested in donating a keynote session, please let us know via conference@attachtrauma.org for special consideration.

We do not take unsolicited keynotes so please remove us from your mailing lists. We will not respond to unsolicited requests/emails/calls to keynote.  We appreciate your enthusiasm but only select from submitted proposals.  Thank you for your understanding.  If you wish to speak at our Conferences at no charge and your subject matter is specific to our cause, feel free to submit a proposal.  Joining our Mailing List will keep you informed when the next Call for Proposals is opened.

Join our mailing list to receive updates.
