Registration & Badge Pick-Up
Beat the morning rush! We highly recommend picking up your badge early. If you have your app ready, there is a QR code there that registration can scan. But, your name works great too!

IMPORTANT! Keep your badge visible at all times. It is your ticket to all sessions, meals, and evening networking events and you won’t be able to enter without one. If you are missing yours, please see Information/Registration.
Academy Day/Leadership Summit Attendees: These sessions need pre-registration. You will be given wristbands at Registration (1 for Leadership Summit or 2 for Academy Day) that are specific to the sessions you registered for. Floor Captains and Session Moderators will be verifying wristband color for each session.
In-Person Conference: No session registration. Choose what works best for you.
Getting There & Parking
Both DFW and Love are the closest airports. Rideshare is suggested. FIFA games create the possibility of surge pricing so sharing with other attendees and reserving now are recommended.
For those looking to stretch their legs, DART rail public transit can get you to the Southwest Medical District stop which is a 25 minute walk to the hotel. Ridesharing from the DART stop can save that walk and possibly save $ overall.
Shuttle services like shuttlefare.com can be reserved for groups as well.
Parking can be paid in the Lobby and at the parking area kiosk located at the exit of the parking lot.
Parking discounts only apply to those staying at the Anatole and will be applied to your room bill. Make sure you take your room key with you when exiting and entering the parking lot.
Stay Connected: The Event App
Log into our official event app to build your personal schedule, view speaker bios, and participate in our gamification challenges.
- Log in using the email address you used for registration.
- APP STORE USERS!! If the app is not available in the App Store, download the Eventify (Teksmobile) App and search for “2026 ATN Creating Trauma-Sensitive Schools Conference”.
Wi-Fi
Attendees staying at the Anatole have Conference Wi-Fi included in the resort fee. When you check into the hotel, you can ask the desk for information.
The rest can use the free hotel wifi in the lobby areas or the data on your phones.
What to Wear & Pack
Attire: All of our events are casual dress. Please wear what makes you comfortable.
Comfort is Key: You’ll be doing a fair amount of walking between sessions, so comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
Layer Up: Convention room AC can be unpredictable. We suggest bringing a light jacket, sweater, or blazer. The hotel cannot change the temperature up and down throughout the day as it takes hours for any temp changes to register. Please be prepared to make yourself comfortable without the temperature changing in the rooms.
Don’t Forget: Your laptop/tablet, chargers, a notebook, business cards (or your digital QR from the app), and your bathing suit!!!
Food
Everyone, join us Saturday from 4pm-6pm in the exhibit hall for food!
Sunday and Monday will have full breakfast in the exhibit hall.
Sunday and Monday lunch are on your own.
Academy Day and Leadership summit will have continental breakfast and a lunch provided on Saturday.
CEUs
You will need to register with Northwest Nazarene University prior to the start of the conference. Go HERE for more information.
Certificates of attendance are provided free of charge. They are available to download in the app at every session. You will need to download all of the ones you need prior to July 17th.
Miscellaneous
Watch for our QR scanning for points via the app. Prizes will include free future conference registrations, free certifications, and free Teacher Cards!
Your Resort Fee covers the water park. Sessions were purposefully ended early on Sunday so families could enjoy. There is bonus content during that time as well for those that do not want to use the park.
