After making a purchase through Zeffy, the email confirmation is sent quickly. If you do not see anything within 30 minutes, check your email filters.

It will have a “ticket” and, scrolling to the bottom of the email, a credit card receipt.
We are trying out Zeffy this year. As it states in Zeffy, no tipping is required and ATN does not receive any part of the tip. Selecting Custom and putting $0 is recommended for schools.
Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. Phone calls cannot be answered in a timely manner but we can give you detailed responses by email, especially the month before and during the conference. Email conference@attachtrauma.org. Thank you for understanding!
Tech issues on the days of the live portion will be taken as they come in by email. It is highly recommended that you update your Zoom prior to the conferece. If you want to test prior to the conference, reach out to our email. We can set up a quick tech check with one of us. This is not available after Sept 15th.
We do not have the funding/sponsorships for scholarships.

The event platform can change the time to your time zone, depending on your settings.
The Keynote starts on September 17 at 9:00am EDT.
Sites like https://www.time.gov/ and https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ can help you find your time zone.
Partnered with Northwest Nazarene University, we make available the ability to purchase and receive 1 master’s level college credit which can equal 15 ceus. It is up to the attendee to confirm acceptance of college credit.
These are not available for the Parent/Caregiver registration.
Certificates of Attendance are provided free after the conference is complete.
Certificates of Attendance will be available for educators or others who need proof of attendance to give to their schools or other employers.
Certificates will be available in PDF form on the Conference Platform and by a link once the platform is closed.
ATN invites schools and other institutions to reach out to us regarding purchase orders (POs).
PREPAYMENT: Due to the virtual nature of this conference, pre-paid purchase orders are mandatory. POs are not cash, nor are they considered payment.
If any portion of the Conference fills to capacity, preference will be given to fully paid Purchase Orders over post-event payments.
UPDATE YOUR VENDOR RECORDS– ATN has a new address for remittances. School systems that have been involved with us since the beginning might still have our old information in their records. We cannot be responsible for payments sent to any address other than the one below. We will only receive payments sent to this address.

We will provide an INVOICE for you if needed. Contact conference@attachtrauma.org with the following information:
- Name of Person attending
- Email of Person attending
- Name and billing address of institution issuing the PO
- Contact person name and email address
- PLEASE NOTE- Recordings will be available on the app starting September 23, 2026 at the latest.
- Most recordings are available within a few hours of the live session.
- Access ends November 2, 2026.
- Content of workshops and keynotes belong to the presenters, and no downloading or copying of these recordings will be permitted. Thank you for respecting the presenters and their work-product.
- We have asked our presenters to provide us with handouts. They will be available if the presenter has sent us handouts. If you do not see handouts, please contact that presenter.
This year our virtual platform is Zoom Events. Once attendees are registered (and paid) they will be entered into the platform.
The platform will open 48 hours before the start of the conference.
Zoom Events and ATN will send emails that are important for joining. Please keep that confirmation as it has the platform link.
Paid Purchase Order attendees will also receive a platform invite 48 hours before the event.
PLEASE NOTE- Any tech issues during the live portion of the Virtual conference will be taken, in order, as they come in. Email conference@attachtrauma.org. Phone calls will not be returned due to the high volume.
To minimize any tech issues, we ask that you login to the platform BEFORE September 17.
If you don’t have a Zoom Account, it is recommended that you get one. They are free.
Due to excessive and fraudulent use of chargebacks against ATN, any chargeback will require that institution to pay by check, in advance, for any future transactions. PLEASE contact us first!
- August 15, 2026 is the last day for refunds.
- Refunds of registration fees, minus a $50 processing fee, will be given if requested prior to August 15. All refunds will be issued at ATN’s discretion either by check or ticketing refund.
- Registration credit can be used toward future conferences, our Level 1 Certification, and FOUNDATIONS.
- A ticket can be transferred to another. Contact us prior to the Conference.
Requests for refunds must be emailed to ATN.
Our Conference will occur from September 17-18, 2026. ATN is not responsible for weather, travel issues, interruptions to internet service, illness, or equipment failure.
The call is CLOSED.
We do not take unsolicited keynotes so please remove us from your mailing lists. We will not respond to unsolicited requests/emails/calls to keynote. Join our mailing list to receive updates.
