Scholarships
We do not have scholarships available.
We do have group discounts. We also offer early-bird and regular pricing which should be purchased before June when our late registration prices go into effect.
Our non-profit keeps the pricing as low as possible. If you are a Sponsor who wishes to fund scholarships, please contact conference@attachtrauma.org.
College Credit/CEUs
Information about CEUs will be made available in 2027.
Certificates of Attendance are provided in each individual session as a PDF. It is the attendee’s responsibility to download the COAs during the Conference.

Purchase Orders W9
ATN invites schools and other institutions to reach out to us regarding purchase orders (POs).
POs are not cash, nor are they considered payment. POs will need to be pre-paid, with payment made prior to the conference.
If your institution cannot prepay on a purchase order (have full payment made, with cash/check/card) prior to the Conference, please contact us and let us know that. We can then determine whether we can accept your purchase order.
If any portion of the Conference fills to capacity, preference will be given to fully paid Purchase Orders.
UPDATE YOUR VENDOR RECORDS- Since 2021, ATN has a new address for remittances. School systems that have been involved with us since the beginning might still have our old information in their records. We cannot be responsible for payments sent to any address other than the one below. We will only receive payments sent to this address.

Health, Safety, and Unforeseen Circumstances
The safety, health, and well-being of our community remain ATN’s top priority. At this time, there are no specific vaccination or masking mandates in place; however, ATN reserves the right to adjust policies and community guidelines based on evolving public health recommendations, official guidance, or unforeseen conditions. We ask all participants to practice flexibility, common sense, and courtesy. Please practice good health hygiene, stay home if you feel ill or have tested positive for any communicable disease (including COVID-19, the flu, or other contagious illnesses), and reach out to our team regarding ticket transfers or event credits if you are unable to attend.
Furthermore, ATN is not liable for schedule modifications, disruptions, or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control—including acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Because unexpected circumstances can arise, we strongly encourage all attendees to secure comprehensive travel and event insurance to protect their investment in flights, accommodations, and registration fees. We also encourage all registered attendees to monitor their email for updated safety protocols, procedure announcements, and event details as the conference date approaches.

Refunds: Refunds are available until May 31, 2027.
Transfers: After May 31, 2027, you’re welcome to:
Transfer your registration to a friend or colleague, OR
Apply your registration as a credit toward one of our future conferences.
Chargebacks: A chargeback is a tool intended for cases of fraud or unauthorized charges. Because our tickets are purchased directly by you, chargebacks do not apply here. Filing a chargeback instead of working with us is considered misuse of that process and creates significant costs for our nonprofit. If this occurs, we may require future registrations to be paid by alternative methods (such as check or ACH transfer). PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!
We appreciate your understanding and support, and we’ll always do our best to work with you if your plans change while mitigating any financial damage to ATN.

Please be advised:
We do not sell our attendee lists. ATN does not authorize any third party to sell or distribute contact data from our events.
Official Communication: Any official correspondence regarding the conference will only come from an @attachtrauma.org email address.
Limited Access: Contact lists are strictly reserved for our top-tier sponsors as part of their confidential partnership agreements. These lists are never shared with outside brokers.
What should you do? If you receive an email offering our list, please do not click any links or provide payment information. We recommend blocking the sender and marking the email as “Junk” or “Phishing.”
How can my organization sponsor this conference?

Speaking & Keynote Solicitations- RFP IS OPEN!
Can I pitch myself or my client to speak? ATN does not accept unsolicited speaker pitches or paid agency solicitations. To maintain the integrity of our educational content, our lineup is selected strictly through our official Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The best thing you or your client can do is submit a formal proposal when the next window opens on our main page. We cannot respond to all of the requests we receive.
Note: Because we receive a high volume of unsolicited keynote inquiries, we are unable to respond to them individually. However, if you are a professional speaker interested in donating a keynote session, please let us know via conference@attachtrauma.org for special consideration.
We do not take unsolicited keynotes so please remove us from your mailing lists. We will not respond to unsolicited requests/emails/calls to keynote. We appreciate your enthusiasm but only select from submitted proposals. Thank you for your understanding. If you wish to speak at our Conferences at no charge and your subject matter is specific to our cause, feel free to submit a proposal.
