Amanda Foust is a certified high-performance neurocoach, speaker, host of the Wake Up To Your Life Podcast, and higher education psychology instructor whose work centers on the intersection of neuroscience, trauma, and coaching. She holds a Master of Education in Neuroscience and Trauma from Tabor College and a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, with additional certifications in neuroplasticity and positive psychology. Through her coaching practice, Wake Up To Your Life, Amanda works with high-performing leaders ready to shift from achievement to fulfillment through science-backed, brain-rewiring strategies. In addition to her coaching practice, she supports families in foster care through trauma-informed trainings and community building.
Amanda joined the ATN board through her educational background, as well as lived experience as an adoptive mother who has navigated both international adoption and the domestic foster care system. She understands firsthand the complexity of attachment trauma and the deep need for informed, compassionate support for families.
